Acrylic needle felt is a synthetic filter media made from acrylic staple fibers with excellent chemical resistance, particularly to acidic and alkaline gases. Designed for dust collection in medium-temperature environments (up to 140–150°C), it performs well in industries such as chemical processing, fertilizer production, and waste treatment plants. It is commonly used in baghouse systems where chemical corrosion is a concern. With moderate price and good dimensional stability, acrylic felt provides a balanced solution between performance and cost for industrial filtration projects under corrosive conditions.
